T.E.A.M 821 (Tower Education Arts Media) is a collaboration between Tower Investments and 821 Entertainment Group.
Formed in 1989, TOWER INVESTMENTS, LLC is a real estate investment and development company owned by the Marks family and employees, and based in Woodland California with offices in downtown Nashville. Tower invests its own capital in residential, commercial, retail, industrial and agricultural real estate. With seventeen active projects in Tennessee, including three downtown Nashville commercial buildings and the proposed Convention Center Hotel site, Tower has more than 100 real estate projects under way in 17 states.

821 ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, INC. is a multi-platform media, entertainment and technology holding company with integrated assets in film, music and digital media technologies.
